Did you know...
There are two types of popcorn kernels?
Butterfly and mushroom. The main difference between the two types is the shape of the popped kernel. Butterfly, or movie theatre style popcorn, is more delicate and is best enjoyed with just simple simple salt, seasoning, or butter. Mushroom style is perfect to be covered by caramel or other confections. Its' sturdy shape (without those delicate butterfly wings) withstands the process of candy coating. This caramel coverage also protects the popcorn from air which means this popcorn will stay fresh...for a long time.

Everything we make is popped right on site in our beautiful and brand new kitchen & retail store. This is small batch production made with love!

Went to Salem,Massachusetts for the first time on a bus trip with my job. We were to go enjoy the day. So my daughter and I ventured around and came upon popped store. It was heavenly,we bought some bags of popcorn and they were delicious would definitely go back whenever back in Salem. Would definitely recommend.
